Metodo de Control de Pozos por Lubricación & Purga

 

Este método también se conoce como "TOP KILL". Consiste en reemplazar el volumen de gas cuando llega a la superficie después del Método Volumétrico con un nuevo lodo con densidad equivalente (Kill Mud Weight) a la presión ejercida por la columna de gas en el pozo que es igual a la Presión de Choque + Hidrostática de gas.

 

Pasos:
* El volumen de lodo nuevo se bombea al pozo cerrado (Lubricar).
* Pare la bomba de lodo y espere hasta que el gas llegue al estrangulador.
* Purgue solo gas hasta que la presión del estrangulador baje un valor equivalente a la presión hidrostática del volumen de lodo nuevo bombeado.
* Repita hasta reemplazar todo el gas.

LUBRICATE AND BLEED METHOD

This method is also known as "TOP KILL" The method consists of replacing the volume of gas when it reaches the surface after the Volumetric Method with a new mud with density equivalent (Kill Mud Weight) to the pressure exerted by the gas column in the well which is equal to the Choke Pressure + Hydrostatic of Gas. Steps:
* The volume of new mud is pumped to the well closed (Lubricate).
* Stop the mud pump and wait until the gas reaches the choke.
* Bleed only gas until the choke pressure drops a value equivalent to hydrostatic pressure of the volume of new mud pumped.
